All orders made priorr to 2pm will be dispatched the next working day unless otherwise stated.
DELIVERY TIMESCALE
There are 3 options for UK delivery which are:
- Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for
- Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Royal Mail Tracked 48
UPDATE 08/03/21 Due to the current postal delays, for the foreseeable future All parcels will be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at NO additional cost to you. This is to ensure that your goods reach you as quickly as possible.
What if my order doesn't arrive within the timescale?
If your item does not arrive within 14 days I am more than happy to issue a replacement to you as it is important to me for you to receive what you paid for.
Due to the current postal delays, Amaze-Zen will be upgrading post to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at no additional cost to you. This is to ensure that your parcel reaches you as quickly as possible.
